Informative & Persuasive Speeches

The following five (5) source citations are required for both speeches.

Electronic resources are NOT ALLOWED for #1, #2, and #3!

#1 - An ACTUAL PRINTED NEWSPAPER that the student has ACTUALLY HELD in his/her hands and flipped through the pages.

#2 - An ACTUAL PRINTED MAGAZINE that the student has ACTUALLY HELD in his/her hands and flipped through the pages.

#3 - An ACTUAL PRINTED BOOK that the student has ACTUALLY HELD in his/her hands and flipped through the pages.

#4 - An INTERVIEW that the student conducted with a LIVE EXPERT. Telephonic interviews ARE permitted, but interview transcripts are NOT allowed.

#5 - Any ONE of the above OR a computer-based citation. This a "wild card" source, but it must be CREDIBLE.
