Palm Beach State librarians participate in Ask a Librarian: Florida's Virtual Reference Service. Through this service, students can chat live with a librarian or email or text a librarian for help.
Live chat is available Sunday through Thursday (EST) from 10 a.m. to midnight, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
While there are PBSC librarians who help staff this helpline, if a Palm Beach State librarian is unavailable to answer your question, you can chat with a librarian from another Florida library. Please note you may be communicating with a librarian who does not work at Palm Beach State and does not have access to your personal library records, but another librarian will be able to help you with your research project.
