Ask a Librarian


Reference assistance is available via online chat, text, email and phone, as well as on-site.

  • Online Chat
    Ask a Librarian's chat service lets you get live assistance from a librarian.  Palm Beach State College librarians are available Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm.  Librarians throughout the state are available for extended help.  The Ask A Librarian service is open statewide from 10am - 12am Sunday - Thursday and 10am - 5pm Friday and Saturday.

    Use the online form to submit questions. We will respond within 24 hours Monday through Thursday. Emails received during holiday closings will be answered when the library re-opens.

Make an Appointment with a Librarian

Make an appointment with a librarian to submit your paper for citation review or meet with a librarian live.  Use the link below for WC Online.  To schedule your first appointment, create an account and log-in.  You can select from the list of librarians, and schedule by date and time.    



1. Sign in with your Panther username and password.


2. New user? Create an online account to make an appointment with a Librarian. 


3. Returning user?  Sign-in to make an appointment with a Librarian.


Note: if you are a returning user and you originally registered an account with your personal email, you will need to create a new account using your Panther email.
