The Cochrane Library The Cochrane Library is a regularly updated electronic library designed to provide the evidence needed for healthcare decision making. See www.cochrane.org for information about access to the Library.

HSTAT Health Services Technology Assessment Texts (HSTAT) is a free, web-based resource of full-text documents that provide health information and support health care decision making. HSTAT's audience includes health care providers, health service researchers, policy makers, payers, consumers and the information professionals who serve these groups.

National Guideline Clearinghouse  Summaries of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines from Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

PubMed Health  Summarizes information based upon multiple evidence-based reviews of clinical trials referred to as "clinical effectiveness reviews." These reviews focus on treatments and methods that have proven to be effective, and the target audiences are both clinicians and consumers.
