Connect and Learn From Experts in the Profession! 

 

Psychology associations provide excellent information about the profession.  They often have student chapters or clubs.  They organize meetings and conferences where students can network and connect with experienced professionals for advice and mentoring.  Some psychology associations offer scholarships and internships.  

Many associations have a particular focus, ranging from types of psychology careers (i.e., organizational or developmental psychology) to groups of people (i.e., by ethnicity, ability, or special interest).  You may find these associations through a Google search or see the links below as examples.
