One way to fact check your source is to open another search tab in the search engine you're using (e.g. Google, Bing) and find out what Wikipedia and other websites have to say about the source website, organization, publisher, or authors.

If the source seems to have an opinion or bias, you can open another search tab and investigate the website, article, or claims on fact-checking websites.  Here are a few fact-checking websites to try:
